Here’s my review of this super cute and comfy sweater.
What: Tippi Sweater in Jacquard Dot by J.Crew
When: Fall 2016
How (Material): 100% merino wool
Why (Pros):
- Look: Very cute, I personally prefer the purple color with the deep mauve/burgundy dots. Just a very rustic and classic look.
- Comfort: Wool feels good on skin, no itch.
- Quality: To me, the quality is good, it’s a substantial wool, heavier than the cherry pink tippi sweater for example. There were no loose yarns on my sweater nor did the inside strings to the sweater get in the way of my other items of clothing so my experience was different from the reviews on the J.Crew website.
- Sizing: True to size, you may want to size up with you’re after a loose look with a shirt underneath.
Why Not (Cons): Not much, looked cute and price and quality consistent with similar J.Crew offerings in my opinion.
