Yeah yeah, I am not her fan on the court and will probably never be; but I do like some of her outfits and particularly this combination of white and coral/peach from a picture taken while she is in Sochi for the Winter Olympics (source: The Slice). Very nicely done, Maria!
I love white dresses and with the pretty coral hue for the shoes, am all for it! From afar, the jacket looked like one of those long tuxedo jacket à la Mickey Mouse in the opera…but it turns out it is a coat tied at the back…only disappointing element.
Regardless, I will look to copy this look. If you are interested as well, some options for the items below…depending on your budget…
Matching pumps: Aldo
I seem to be on a TB roll…not for long, no worries 🙂 . Ordered the Kiernan Riding boots during the Nordstrom sale (the Almond color is not available at Nordstrom anymore but you can purchase directly at Tory Burch (or full price as am posting this at Neiman Marcus)
Pros: high quality leather (why does it say veg leather…?), love the simple style, glamorous T logo, very comfortable, rich almond color, low heel, leather and fabric lining, leather and rubber sole
Cons: price (even with coupon and sales, still pricey…Aldo shoes offer similar alternatives at a fraction of the cost, though the quality is not the same), runs a little large so would advise to go half a size down if you prefer a true fit
Sissi’s verdict: A keeper if you have the money to spare; otherwise, get the look for less at Aldo (minus the prestigious logo).
